Life can feel overwhelming when emotions, relationships, and inner questions start to build up without anywhere to land.

At Frangipani House, I offer a supportive space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself in a more compassionate and grounded way.

My work is centred in counselling and relationship support, and gently supported by body-based awareness and symbolic, Jungian-inspired reflection where it feels helpful.

You’re welcome here. This is a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what’s happening in your life.

Every person is different, so sessions are always guided by what you need most in the moment.

My approach may include:

  • Mindfulness and grounding practices
  • Art Journalling / Creative Therapies
  • Jungian-inspired symbolic reflection (including astrology and numerology as tools for insight and meaning-making—not prediction)

These approaches are not separate “modalities” so much as different ways of understanding the same inner experience—your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and deeper unconscious themes.

What Working Together Looks Like

The process is supportive, and tailored to your needs. I'll also provide you with handouts and suggested videos to watch after the session.

1. Reach Out

Give me a call to arrange an appointment. I'll ask for your email address and I'll send you through my practice information, and a client intake form to fill out and return. Payment is due when booking the session and I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

2. First Session

The first session I'll ask you to share what's bringing you to counselling. We'll identify what support would feel most helpful, and we'll begin the counselling process.

3. Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are shaped around your needs, and your counselling goals.

Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Kareen Fellows, a degree-qualified counsellor passionate about helping people feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves and each other.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where individuals and couples can slow down, feel safe, and explore what’s been happening — without judgment or pressure.

I have a special interest in relationships and have dedicated many hours in continuing education in this area.
