Telehealth Sessions and Training - Wherever you are in Australia.
Frangipani House is a counselling and body–mind–spirit practice supporting emotional wellbeing, relationships, and personal growth.
My work blends evidence-based counselling with mindfulness, body awareness, and reflective inner work — supporting people through relationship challenges, emotional stress, grief, and life transitions.
Sessions are available online via telehealth, making support accessible wherever you are, including rural and regional communities.
Hi my name is Kareen and Frangipani House is the name of my practice. It began in 1997 in Port Macquarie, NSW — which somehow now feels both recent and a lifetime ago. My partner Kevin and I were working in a local chiropractic clinic practicing Remedial Massage and Kahuna Bodywork.
The idea for Frangipani House came from a friend who had noticed the frangipanis I was painting in my art class, and nicknamed our house Frangipani House.
Around the same time, I was learning website design and registered frangipanihouse.com as a way of practicing what I'd learned at TAFE (and don't I wish I'd bought Google shares then.)
Over the years our work evolved naturally into counselling, mindfulness, relationship support, and body–mind–spirit approaches to wellbeing.
These are the main ways my partner Kevin and I currently support people through counselling, and the body–mind–spirit areas.
For those drawn to deeper self-understanding through meaning, symbolism, and inner patterns. In these sessions I may draw on Jungian-inspired astrology and numerology as reflective tools to explore. These tools are not used for prediction or fixed outcomes. Instead, they act as symbolic languages—much like dreams or metaphor—supporting reflection, insight, and integration.
Sessions are available throughout Australia, including rural and regional communities via Google Meet.
Hi, I’m Kareen Fellows. My path into counselling began through bodywork, creativity, mindfulness, and a deep interest in how people heal and grow over time.
My work brings together evidence-based counselling with body–mind–spirit approaches. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we also pay attention to emotions, the nervous system, relationships, and how experiences can be carried in the body.
A gentle and grounded approach that integrates counselling, mindfulness, body awareness, and reflective inner work.
